This has probably been done before, but I'm sorta new here. I could gaze at these forever - Jag Series 2 chrome wires:

Those actually look like the series 1 E-Type wheel with the "curly" center hub (left). The wheels that came on the Series 2 and later cars had a slightly different center hub called "easy clean" (right)

Also, starting with the series 1.5 cars, the lost the eared knock offs.

Oddly enough, the photo I chose for the right later wheel has an eared nut. A lot of people replace the later nuts with earlier types.

#5 below is the non-eared nut, and 7 is what they gave you to get it off. You still hit it with a hammer, but the ears were no longer on the nut.

Either way, they are beautiful 72 spoked wheels.
